I discovered I was allergic to straw during my time on the farm. There were nights where I definitely thought I would die. Thankfully I didn’t.

December 31st, 2012:SalzburgI met up with one of my best friend’s from Auburn and celebrated New Year’s with him, his girlfiend, and 27 Austrians in a cabin. Good times were definitely had.

December 30th, 2012:MunichToday I did the touristy route of Munich. This is Marienplatz. I had already been to most of the places when I had gone a few years ago. Nothing has changed, it’s still touristy.

After looking at some things that are considered “art” (plain wooden boxes that looked like they were from Ikea filling an entire room), I figured I was in some sort of hell. I felt like an uncultured buffoon.

So, some people may know that I am exploring Europe. I figured that because I am going to be experiencing a lot of new things, meeting a lot of new people, and probably losing my sanity, I would document photographically and little snippets from my journal  in the next several months.December 28th, 2011:“I don’t what to expect in these upcoming months. I only know that I am waiting in an airport and staying the night in Munich. The other details will hopefully stitch together into something pleasantly delightful… If not, too late to turn back. Yikes…”
